At Cultivate True Health, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness products and equipment. Because many of our products are health-related or consumable in nature, the following return and refund policies apply.

Durable / Capital Equipment Returns
Durable wellness products and equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be in like-new condition
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components must be included
  • The product must show no signs of excessive use, damage, or modification

Products returned without original packaging or missing components may be subject to additional fees or may not qualify for a refund.

Restocking Fee
All approved returns of durable products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
This fee helps cover inspection, testing, repackaging, and administrative processing costs associated with returned equipment.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

Cultivate True Health is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

We will work with you promptly to arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Products Showing Excessive Use
Durable products that show significant use, wear, damage, or modification may not qualify for a refund or may incur additional refurbishment fees at the discretion of Cultivate True Health.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, hygiene, and regulatory reasons, the following products cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Dietary supplements
  • Opened consumable products
  • Liquid products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

All supplement sales are final once shipped.
If a supplement product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can address the issue.
